On the third day into our road trip we drove into the Grand Canyon and spent the day. Or maybe I should say a few hours since the kids were pretty much over it after hour 2. I'm completely terrified of heights so I didn't complain once when they wanted to leave. I was so scared about them getting too close to the edge that both of them were complaining that I "didn't let them do anything" !!! When we left we headed to Page, Arizona where we checked into our hotel and relaxed for a little bit before dinner.
