Palm Springs

Back in June - Andrew and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary. 11 years seems like a VERY VERY long time. We didn't do anything crazy for our last year so we decided to go to Palm Springs for the weekend this year. We stayed at my absolute favorite place The Parker. My mom flew in and took the kids to Newport so we were kid free! It was so nice to relax on our own. 

Almost a 2nd Grader

Olive's last day of school was a few weeks ago. I still can't believe she will be in 2nd grade! Not only that, but Buster will be entering Kindergarten. Where in the heck did the time go? I seriously cannot believe how big these kids are getting.

To celebrate her last day and her getting all 4's (basically A's) - we took Olive to the Bel Air Hotel for a fancy lunch. It was such a beautiful day and so fun having a special day with our first born. After lunch we picked Buster up and met my mom at the airport. She took the kids to Newport so we could celebrate our anniversary in Palm Springs. (I'll post pics of our trip soon)
