I'm not going to lie - this week has been a little difficult without Andrew's help. I'm so used to being able to hand Olive off to daddy if I need to do something. Now, I'm pretty much at her mercy. Not that I mind entirely - it's just different. I'm sure in 3 weeks I'll have this mommy thing down pat.
Last night Andrew stayed home and watched the baby while I had a nice dinner with Auntie Lotus. We tried a new place called Bao and it was AMAZING. I'm not sure I have ever eaten so much in my life! I was already finished with 2 dessert bao while Lotus had only eaten half of hers. Oh well, it was delish. And it was amazing having a little adult time.
