Kiddie Updates

OLIVE

1. Talking like crazy. She can even spell her name!

2. Waking up every night around 2-3am calling for Daddy. No matter what we do - we cannot break the habit. I blame Italy.

3. Officially started pre-school a month ago and LOVES it.

4. Still won't eat her vegetables.

5. Plays with her little princess dolls and makes up stories. It usually involves tea time, dancing, then bed.

6. Is completely in love with her little brother. In fact - she calls him her "prince".

7. Ate turkey meatloaf at Harpers house - and LIKED it! Believe me - I was more than a little surprised. 

8. Is very into "dance parties" and makes mommy dance with her whenever a good song comes on.

9. Comes upstairs every morning around 6:45am and says to either one of us "mommy/daddy - you awake?"

BUSTER

1. Rolling over like crazy. In fact - he rolled off the bed. Thankfully it was just 3 inches onto our laundry bench!

2. Laughs every time his sister talks. He is completely in love with her.

3. Tries to look at the tv screen every chance he can get. However, we do NOT let him watch it.

4. Tried cereal for the first time a few weeks ago and he LOVES it!

5. Stops crying every time he hears "The Wheels on the Bus".

6. Grandma gave him a tiny bit of banana a few days ago and he DID NOT LOVE it!

7. No longer sleeping through the night. He wakes up between 12-2am and then again at 5am. I blame Italy, and the fact that we aren't using sleep sacks anymore!

8. Teething like crazy. Chewing on all of his toys, hands, feet - anything he can get into his mouth, really. Although we have yet to see a tooth!

9. Still in the 90th percentile weighing in at 18 lbs 3 oz at his 4 month appointment.
