kim cracked open one of our cookbooks last night and hit a real home run with this delicious baked chicken / roasted potato / rice combo -
through some sort of magical alchemy she was able to bread the chicken without frying it. i think lasers may have been involved.
olive even got her own little plate -
sadly i was stuck at work for the first serving. so my dinner was just the littlest bit cold, but still amazing.
tonight kim is cooking stuffed shells. i'm sure there is going to be a blog entry in there somewhere...
