Saturday morning we went on a hike up the Rubicon Trail. Since I only lasted 10 minutes on my previous attempt (I hate hiking) - the plan was to turn around after a little while, get the car, and pick everyone up at the end. Unfortunately a few minutes into the hike I made a bet with my stepdad that I could go the entire way without complaining in exchange for a red, hot pair of stilettos. Guess who won the bet? Let's just say that there was no one to pick us up when we got to the end of the hike. And our leisurely hike turned into a 4 hour affair.
