Hunger Games

I love to read. When I was a little girl, I would spend hours on end reading my Encyclopedia Brown books. The problem with my love of literature is that I tend to shut everyone out around me and escape into the pages of whatever book I am reading. Unfortunately, with the arrival of Olive I haven't had much time or energy to lose myself in the pages of a good novel. Until.... Auntie Lotus lent me her copy of The Hunger Games a few days ago. It had been on my list of books to read for awhile - especially with the movie coming out in less than a month! I started it tonight and haven't been able to put it down since - except to write this blog entry. 

UPDATE - I stayed up until 3am reading the darn book. To say I couldn't put it down would be an understatement! On one hand I'm glad I finished it. But on the other, I'm bummed it is over - it was THAT good!
